Relational supervision for reflective practice.
I offer supervision primarily for counsellors, including counselling students & trainees, and also for other helping professionals working in relational or client-facing roles through a collaborative and reflective approach grounded in humanistic values.
For me, supervision is something we construct together; a relational, non-hierarchical space where the focus moves between your clinical work and your own development. It’s a space where identity, uncertainty, and ethical dilemmas can be explored openly, without judgement.
Supporting reflexivity feels central to how I work and is integral to thoughtful, ethical practice. I’m interested in creating room to think about the use of self, relational process, power, difference, and the wider contexts that shape what happens in the room.
I aim to offer supervision that feels steady, respectful, and real. Somewhere you can speak openly about what feels difficult, stuck, or unclear, without feeling you need to be more certain than you are. Much of what deepens the work, I believe, emerges through honest dialogue, shared enquiry, and thoughtful challenge.
My approach is anti-oppressive and relationally engaged, with support and challenge held alongside one another to support your ongoing development in a way that feels authentic to you.
