There may be many reasons why you have found your way here.

You may be feeling anxious, stressed, or overwhelmed. Perhaps you often feel that you are too much, or not enough. You may find it difficult to set healthy boundaries, or notice yourself reacting to situations in ways that are not working well for you.

Maybe you have been feeling disconnected or lost. You may not be able to put your finger on it, but something does not feel right. This can leave you feeling anxious, frustrated, and full of self-doubt, affecting your life and relationships.

Making Sense of Things

We can experience internal conflicts that leave us feeling overwhelmed by emotions or certain situations. This can feel even more difficult after trauma, or when you have spent much of your life living through someone else’s lens.

Sometimes we can find ourselves in a dark place and feel unable to find a way through. With non-judgemental understanding, compassion, and empathy, it is possible to rediscover old paths and begin to forge new ones.

I believe that meaningful change is a process. It involves learning something new and unlearning something old. It takes honesty, courage, and commitment.

Possibility

Your feelings are real, your needs are important, and the change or understanding you desire is possible.

Therapy can offer a space to pause, reflect, and begin to make sense of what you are carrying.

My hope is to offer a space where you can begin to feel more at ease with yourself, become clearer about your present, and feel more purpose towards your future.
